RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Products will only be eligible for return if the product has not been used/installed and all parts and pieces are not modified or missing. If the product arrives defective from manufacturing a replacement part will be shipped out and the defective part will be requested to be shipped back to Copperstar USA LLC. at the expense of CopperStar USA LLC.
Returns are accepted within the first 14 days from time of purchase.
Exchanges are handled manually at this time. We aim to meet all of our customers needs. Please CONTACT US for assistance.
SHIPPING POLICY
All return shipping costs will be responsible by the customer. In cases where the wrong product has been shipped or product arrives defective from the factory CopperStar USA LLC. will cover the return shipping costs.
